Located on the San Rocco hill, a short distance from the stretch of the ancient Via Amerina that connects Amelia to Todi, Avigliano Umbro is a medieval village that preserves unique attractions such as the Fossil Forest of Dunarobba, the ancient hypogeum environment of the Grotta Bella, and splendid castles such as that of the Fortezza Alta and Sismano.
