The property comprises 3 buildings and is surrounded by a three-hectare plot. A large and panoramic swimming pool, a restaurant, an ancient oil mill, and a small chapel located in the large parking lot complete this wonderful property. In the former oil mill, dating back to 1700, there are 5 other apartments, a professional and authorized kitchen to create events, such as weddings and ceremonies of various kinds and a spacious dining room with underfloor heating also suitable for hosting yoga classes. Meditation reigns supreme at Borgo Paradiso. In the house of the owners, in the basement, there are the cellars, fascinating places suitable for various purposes, such as tasting and various workshops. The floor ends with an apartment to host friends. The first floor, currently intended for the managers of the Borgo, consists of a cozy and large dining room with living room, kitchen, study or single bedroom and double bedroom with exclusive bathroom. On the large terrace the view caresses the soul. In the garden the explosion of colors and scents of flowers give a unique atmosphere In the land there is an olive grove that gives an excellent oil (about 50lt per year) and is divided into part agricultural-arable land and partly woodland. Borgo Paradiso is an ideal place for those who love nature, the Adriatic Coast with its wonderful beaches and cities of art.
