Among the hills of the Marche region, along small medieval villages and with breathtaking views we arrive at Casale Gladiolo. The farmhouse is made of stone and is completely renovated. Access is by paved road. In the garden there is a working swimming pool with salt system with a pleasant solarium area and it is all fenced. Olive trees and flowers of various kinds and colors make the beautiful well-kept garden even more lively and cheerful. The farmhouse is on two floors and are connected by an internal staircase and are both also accessible from the garden. Semi-basement: entrance, large living room, utility room, technical room with boiler, laundry room, bathroom and a spacious kitchen with outdoor pergola. In summer eating below is really pleasant. Ground floor: two bedrooms, 1bathroom and a third bedroom with private bathroom and delightful loggia. The annex is composed in part of an independent apartment divided with kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and veranda and the other half of a large warehouse (27 square meters) with bathroom (possibility of creating a second apartment). The house is all electric and does not use gas for heating or cooking, it benefits from an underfloor heating system that covers both floors and uses a heat pump powered by an 11,515 Kwp photovoltaic system. There are also 4 solar panels that provide hot water during the summer months and assist the pump itself. The annex is heated and air-conditioned through "split" electrically powered by the photovoltaic system.
