The property is laid out on 3 levels with an entrance on the middle floor where one enters a welcoming and very bright living room with magnificent stone walls, from here an internal staircase leads to a mezzanine where there is a small bedroom open to the living room below. Still through an internal staircase, we then descend to the lower floor with a very functional kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a large terrace with panoramic views of the village and the green hills that surround it. The property includes a sunny garden with a spacious tool shed. The cottage is only accessible on foot by crossing the village's characteristic cobbled paths but there is parking 5 minutes walk away. Apricale is a small medieval village perched on the crest of a hill, included among the most beautiful villages in Italy, it enjoys a constant international tourist influx in all seasons. In about 20 minutes you can easily reach the renowned seaside resorts of Ventimiglia, Vallecrosia and Bordighera, as well as the shopping city of Sanremo and the French Riviera with the Principality of Monaco and the international airport of Nice.
