The project consists of 13 real estate units registered with the N.C.E.U. Of Ancona on folio 99, particle 227. This was legitimized by a favourable prior opinion by the Superintendence of the Marche Region (prot. Sabap of 10/08/2021 n.18370) and a subsequent SCIA.

The most eloquent expression of the restoration work to be carried out is the project: two distinct bodies, building A and building B, joined by the connection, at height, of the galleries on the main floor and the upper level, serving the rooms.

The project is for restoration and conservative rehabilitation, with the aim of re-functionalizing the monumental complex for residential use, all completed with the construction of private parking lots intended to serve the real estate units built.

The project has obtained the favourable prior opinion (pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 42 of 2004) from the Superintendence of the Marche (Prot. Sabap of 28/10/2022 no. 11829) and is subject to Cilas building permit (procedure no. of 10/02/2023) filed with the Municipality of Ancona.

The permits and authorizations already obtained allow you to start work immediately without further authorizations and to take advantage of tax relief, non-repayable loans and mortgages at a subsidized rate, bringing the investment to a profitability of absolute value!
