From the common staircase with only two units access to the apartment through a balcony, the accommodation consists of entrance into the living room with kitchenette, sofa bed and terrace, bedroom with built-in wardrobe, double bedroom and bathroom. Considering the large living room, the apartment can also accommodate 6 beds. Santa Teresa is a town lived all year round, where you can take advantage of bars, shops, restaurants, supermarkets, medical service and pharmacy, all services within walking distance of the apartment. Elegant and rich in history, Santa Teresa Gallura is the northernmost town in Sardinia, in front of the Strait of Bonifacio. Unique nature and evocative landscapes, dream beaches and a good dose of social life are the perfect mix for holidays with the whole family and friends. Within less than 10 minutes by car you will find the most beautiful beaches in Gallura, think for example of the area of Capo Testa, Baia Santa Reparata, La Marmorata and Rena Majore. Founded in 1808 by King Vittorio Emanuele I and named after his wife Maria Theresa of Austria, Santa Teresa is one of the most famous seaside resorts in Northern Sardinia. The town's tourist port is one of the most important in Gallura and connects the island with nearby Corsica thanks to the Santa Teresa Bonifacio ferry routes. Elegant pastel-toned buildings alternate on the main street that leads to the church of San Vittorio and the central square, the hub of city life.
