Villa I Mirti overlooks Cala delle Caldane, unanimously defined as the most beautiful beach on the island of Giglio. It can be reached on foot, through a wonderful path that is easily walkable, walking in the greenery and enjoying the spectacular sea below for about 15 minutes after leaving the car at the Cala delle Cannelle car park. Alternatively, from the Port, with a boatman service that in summer every half hour, in five minutes of navigation, docks on a comfortable pier 20 meters from the entrance. The villa is located in a property of about 2800 square meters starting from the beach, where there is a very comfortable building that can be used as an equipment storage or shed for a small boat. Climbing the granite staircase that leads to the villa, you immediately have the idea of the view you can enjoy and at the same time of the privacy of the property. The main feature of the villa are the spectacular terraces of 180, 70, 50 and 30 square meters which, on various levels, allow access to the outside from various points of the house.
