Located in Mount Merrion:<br />-9 minute walk to University College Dublin student village<br />-close to Stillorgan and Dundrum<br />-short walk from the 46A bus route which gets into city centre in 20 minutes or less).<br /><br />The two units are separate from the house, with their own separate entrances. So would suit two different renters. Each unit is a single bedroom with en suite bathrooms. But they do not have kitchens. Microwaves are provided, however there are no cooking facilities. Just the single bedroom and bathroom.<br /><br />Availability starts in June 2024.<br /><br />Please write SUMMER RENTAL in the subject line of your enquiry. This is important so that it's distinguished from all of the students who are enquiring about the next academic year from September 2024.<br /><br />Currently there are options to rent short or medium term but only for summer 2024. Ideal would be same tenant for entire summer, but we are currently open to people requesting shorter term stays for day/weeks over the summer.
