The owners are keen to keep the residence as peaceful as possible so children under the age of 12 are not allowed.<br /><br />The open-plan living area includes a dining table with bar stools and a new, fitted kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, microwave, fridge, coffee machine and toaster.<br /><br />On the private balcony, there is another dining table and chairs, for dining al fresco.<br /><br />In the shared garden there are sunbeds, an outdoor shower and a BBQ.<br /><br />Sleeping<br />Bedroom 1: The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed, flatscreen TV, wardrobe and a mountain view.<br />Bedroom 2: The second bedroom also has a double bed, flatscreen TV and wardrobe.<br /><br />Bathroom<br />The tiled bathroom is fitted out with a large shower, basin and WC.<br /><br />The house also has a wellness centre which can be used for most of the year, except for June, July and August. It is the ideal spot for people who want to rest, relax and recharge, but there is also plenty to do. The beach is a 17-minute walk and the boat dock is just 3km away, for trips out onto Hungary’s largest lake.<br /><br />The apartment is within walking distance of several wineries where you can try delicious regional wines with a meal. For self-catering, the best local handmade or organic products are to be found at the Saturday market in Hegymagas (Labdi Piac) (15 minutes) and the weekend market in Káptalantóti (10 minutes) which makes a great day out for all the family.<br /><br />Badacsonytomaj is between Zagreb (Croatia) and Budapest international airports. Both are 2 hours 30 minutes away by car.
