During the pre- and post-season, the camp attracts a large number of guests in transition, while in the main season 70% of guests choose the camp as their destination, coming mainly from Germany, Austria, the Netherlands and France.<br /><br />Accommodation capacity and comfort<br />The camp currently offers 25 accommodation units, including 20 pitches and 5 mobile homes. An increase in capacity to 30 units was requested, which would make the camp even more adaptable to growing demand. According to legal regulations, the camp has an additional 5 positions covered by electricity and water for situations with an increased number of guests. The accommodation capacity of the camp is currently around 110 people, while with additional extensions it can be increased by an additional 20%, i.e. an additional 7 cottages. Considering the quiet environment and the natural shade of the forest, it is an ideal place for an additional offer such as glamping tents, which would ensure a more varied offer and a better atmosphere.<br /><br />Infrastructure and additional facilities<br />The camp has two sanitary units equipped with a total of 7 toilets, a urinal, 6 showers with hot water (assisted by electric heating), four outdoor solar showers by the pool, a toilet for the disabled, a chemical toilet, discharge stations for gray water and two laundry room with equipment. The camp is connected to the sewage system, which ensures a high quality of service.<br /><br />Three pools are available: the main pool (8.5 x 4 m) and two circular pools with a radius of 4.6 m. The camp offers a multifunctional playground, a yoga area and a small gym integrated into the natural environment. Each plot is equipped with electricity and water connections. The campsite also has a bar (12 m²), with a 52 m² terrace that can be closed in cooler or rainy conditions, as well as a 25 m² storage area for tools and maintenance equipment.<br /><br />Environmental and energy sustainability<br />The camp uses renewable energy sources with an 11 kW solar power plant and solar panels for heating water in sanitary facilities. The cost of electricity is minimal due to the agreement on the purchase of excess energy with HEP, and there is a possibility of further capacity expansion by another 8 kW.<br /><br />Expansion potential<br />The space has the potential to add 5 more accommodation units with 15 beds and an additional mobile home. An additional pool of up to 100 m² can be installed without a building permit. Thanks to the connection to the sewage system, it is possible to introduce water drainage to each plot, which would allow the expansion of accommodation capacities. There is also the possibility of building a restaurant or fast food facility.
