Tourist resort Medulin is among the first places in Croatian tourism. Near the tourist bustle in the heart of Medulin, there is a peninsula Viula, there is a new archaeological park . The Viula Peninsula extends over 24 hectares of land, which is surrounded by a landscaped and illuminated promenade. Medulin Viula in its brightest period of Roman times was a place of extremely luxurious living, rest and enjoyment of its inhabitants. There are growing assumptions that members of the imperial family lived in the luxurious villa on Viula, which is also known as krispo's villa, and perhaps Krispo himself, the son of Emperor Constantine, about whom legends still live today. In this tourist resort we sell a newly built family house, about 1 km away from the Viula peninsula.
