Wonderful piece of land, located in the region of Western Mani, covering an area of 2.881,61
sq.m, with magnificent views on the messinian bay and the magical villages of Agios Dimitrios,
Agios Nikolaos and Stoupa. Positioned on the hillside of the slopes of the mountain, the land’s

Midnight” with Ethan Hawke.
The land is located at a very close distance from the village of Stoupa (9,2 km – 15 min by car)
with its world famous beach of Kalogria, while distance from the exceptionally beautiful village
of Kardamili, covers 18 km (20 min. by car).
Western Mani, positioned 273 km from Athens (3,15 hours by car) and 40 km from Kalamata (50
min by car), with the pretty coastal villages of Kardamili, Stoupa and Agios Nikolaos, is now well
known for offering a more authentic holiday experience than many of the islands.
The traditional village of Kardamili, is now well known for the house of the world famous writer
Patrick Leigh Fermor. The house is considered one of the most beautiful properties in Greece,
with a Mediterranean garden of cypress trees, olive trees, fragrant shrubs, white oleanders and
wild flowers rolling down to the sea. It is preserved by the Benaki Museum with the aim to host
intellectuals and scholars who want to work or study in an inspiring setting. The village of
Stoupa, apart from the magnificent beach of Kalogria, is also the place where the famous Greek
writer Nikos Kazantzakis was inspired to write his world famous novel “Zorba the Greek”. Except
from the beach of Kalogria, one should also visit the mostly beautiful beaches of delfinia and
foneas, located on a small distance from Stoupa and Kardamili.
The land piece is also close to the Eastern part of the Mani Region (25 km – 30 min by car),
where one has the opportunity to explore the beautiful coastal villages of Limeni, Itilo and
Gerolimenas as also the extraordinary Diros caves, positioned a few minutes away by car from
the town of Aeropoli, where you will have the opportunity to explore them on a punt with your
very own underworld ferryman, with the stalactites reflecting in the crystal-clear water.
