Two plots for sale on the beach of Kalivia, Tinos, Greece. Tinos is an island that belongs to the Cyclades group and is located right across the famous island of Mykonos. It is a much more quiet and traditional island with sandy beaches that attracts quality visitors from all around the world and especially France. It is very mountainous and in most cases houses are being located very high on the mountains ; this is why it is famous for its villages. Kalivia beach is one of the few beaches where houses can be built very close to the water, probably the nicest beach on the island where many famous people own houses including the greek prime minister. Each plot is 4.500 square meters and literally touches the water. The plots are accompanied by analytical building plans and permits for two 350 square meter villas each with a swimming pool. We have to mention that it is no longer permitted to build a swimming pool on the island (only if you already have a permit), which is a big asset for the property.
