Upon reaching the outskirts of Livadi, the road ascends into a forested area currently settled by several private homes, as well as the exclusive Elatos Resort Hotel. After continuing along the forested mountain road for 9 km, one arrives at the traditional mountain village of Agoriani. The area surrounding Elatos Resort and the area down to Agoriani is without a doubt the most optimal location for an investment. Palioelatos where the chalet is located, is the jewel of this area.
