50 buildable seaside plots within the settlement, with a total area of 14, 756 sq.m. They are located about 10 km from Kamena Vourla and 200 m from the beach.The plots have an area of 210 sqm to 412 sqm each and according to old permits (before 1980) 50 houses can be built with a total area of 3000 sqm and specifically 18 one-storey houses of 42 sqm and 32 two-storey houses of 62 sqm. (With the new urban planning provisions, the areas that can be built are much more). In the plan set by the Greek government for the settlement there are plans for churches, parks, squares etc. For the time being, naming and asphalt paving has been carried out around specific roads and preliminary work for the asphalt paving of the rest of the roads inside the settlement.
