On the upper ground floor, ie at the level of the main entrance, which is essentially the 1st floor (facing the house from the lower side), we have the main living room, the dining room, in open relation to the kitchen, a cloakroom and the guest house with indoor Jacuzzi hydromassage and its own bathroom. Also next to the main entrance of the villa there is a small cloakroom.

On the lower ground floor or otherwise at the level of the outdoor pool, there is a set of daily functions and in particular a living room, a recreation area with pool table and homecinema 70  , with indoor heated pool, with automatic safety cover for children, a separate area with glass wall towards the living room and built into the ground spa for 6-8 people with golden mosaic,  Bathroom and massage area, bedroom with bathroom, a playroom with professional football and ping-pong, a large storage area in which the washing machines and storage refrigerator are located.

On the 2nd floor are located the private areas of the villa, which are organized in two sections, at the respective ends of the balcony, which 'overlooks' the two-storey interior living room. The first section, in direct relation to the main entrance, the elevator, and the internal staircase, accommodates the parents and includes an indoor living room, dressingroom with fitted vault, large bathroom of two separate areas with internal Jacuzzi and a large bedroom with mountain-sea view and roof window just above the double bed.

In the second section there are two children's bedrooms (one children's bedroom and a child's toil, a red eye cut)

In the basement area under the pool there is a separate house for the staff with kitchen, bathroom with bathroom (with chromotherapy and telephone), living room, bedroom and storage room of 200 m².

Characteristic of the oncoplastic structure of the building is the wall that penetrates the building from the face of the entrance to the pool, where it breaks, lightens and 'dives' into the pool in the form of a rectangular pillar.

This wall separates on the ground floor plan, the kitchen and dining area from the main living room. It thus creates a screen on which the fireplace is included, whose verticality is intensified by the leather lining of the fireplace façade and the two imposing stainless steel chimneys that intelligently penetrate the various levels. Its coating with dark granite on its outer part gives it special emphasis.

Granite has been used on all floors of common areas, bathrooms and kitchen, but also in the outdoor areas surrounding the outdoor pool.

In the private areas of the villa and in the guest house wood has been used in bright color. On the vertical surfaces internally, there have been point plasterboard coverings, while on the ceilings its use is universal, in order to integrate the luminaires. At the same time, the vestibule of the masterbedroom, the interior façade of the entrance and the view of the balcony to the two-storey living room have been lined with dark wooden panels.

Characteristic is the staircase, which connects the upper with the lower ground floor and is composed of cantilever steps. The internal railings are safety crystal clear, recessed without support organization. Crystal clear, are also the facades of the kitchen cabinets (collectible scavolini), and the perimeter counter, while the central island was made entirely of corian.

The heating is done by decorative jaga radiators (German technology, low surface temperature with temperature regulation in each body separately) whose design refers to a sculpture.

Regarding the surrounding area, features are the swimming pool with the Olympic size bridge, which leads to the outdoor sitting area and is mentally connected to the indoor pool, with a suitable glass surface.

Finally, there is the engine room of the villa through which the owner of the house and his family can escape through an underground concrete tunnel of great length to a safe place outside the plot without coming to the attention of third parties.

At the same time around the platform of the house develop:
