A cube shaped volume sits on top of the ground-integrated building and hosts the master bedroom suite facilities and terrace.The main house contains the master suite and a second bedroom, as well as an open plan living area with kitchen & dining, storage and a common wc area.The access of the main house is at the east side of the building, right at the end of a wide entrance corridor full of plants, guiding the visitor there from the parking area.Following an external staircase that leads to a corridor at the back side of the building, there is a second way to enter the main house, directly to the master bedroom suite through its terrace.The 17 meter long infinity pool enhances the feeling of proximity to the to the water and is surrounded by outdoor spaces of different qualities. A concrete slab covered area sits at the center of the ground level, providing a shaded living space and great view towards Poros bay and the nearby islands.This area is a connecting space for the guests, between the different volumes and levels.Natural materials such as stone, wood and water create a natural environment and blend the building into the existing landscape.Two guest suites provide additional hosting facilities for 4 people each, remaining connected to the primary residence through shared outdoor spaces, terraces and views.The goal of the interior design and material choices was to create a relaxed yet sophisticated space, with a mix of furnishings and objects mostly custom made. Teak wood gives an exotic touch, while brass pendants, textiles and linen in natural tones enhance the calmness and elegance. The stone sinks and ceramic claustrades are hand-carved, enhance the calmness and elegance.
