Seafront Oasis Villa with direct access to the sea, Paxoi. The seaside house located 1.5 kilometers south of Gaios. Situated on a large plot divided into upper and lower gardens, the house spans three levels and can be accessed via steps, a footpath, or a driveway.

The lower garden features two covered pergolas equipped,sunbeds, along with an outdoor shower and a stone bar counter with a marble sink and refrigerator. A custom-built ladder provides direct access from the seaside garden to the sea below.

The interior of the house spans 156 square meters and includes three bedrooms, each on a separate level. The bedroom on the first level has a kitchenette, an en suite bathroom, and a terrace overlooking the garden and sea. The second-level bedroom features an en suite bathroom, and a balcony with similar views. On the third level, the bedroom includes a double bed, an en suite bathroom, a balcony, and a spacious terrace.

The second level also houses a large dining room and a fully equipped kitchen Additionally, there's a sitting room with a wood-burning chimney, as well as a guest WC-bathroom and outdoor dining and sitting areas.

Surrounding the pool, which measures 10 x 4.5 meters, are sunbeds and lounging areas. From this vantage point, you can savor the stunning sea views, almost feeling as if the sea is within arm's reach. In the evening, indulge in the mesmerizing sight of the sun setting over the sea. Should you tire of the pool, a few steps lead directly down to the sea, inviting you to dive right in for a refreshing swim.
