The villas range in size from 70 to 139 square meters, with prices starting from  263,000 to  560,000.
Delivery
Each villa has all necessary amenities, including kitchen appliances and air conditioning units, which are included in the price. All villas have their own private swimming pool, while some also feature an open-air Jacuzzi. They also have their designated private parking area, while Villa 7 features a garage for two vehicles.
The price includes the plot and the completed villa with a swimming pool, excluding furniture. Furniture packages are also available upon request and at an extra cost. Additional expenses for purchasing a Sunny Days villa are approximately 7% of the purchase sum, including all taxes, notary and registry fees, and our service fees.

The developer of Sunny Days 4 has a showroom in Rethymno where you can view the available finishing options and some furniture choices. You can also visit previously completed Sunny Days projects as a reference to get a good idea of the finishing and build quality.
