Project: Four Story Dwellings

The description below is for four ground floor furnished villas with a reinforced concrete roof. The construction of the buildings will take place on a 2001.61m2 field located in the area of Nydri-Megalos Avlaki.
-ACCESSIONS
Access to the stadium is via a paved road without soil irregularities and sharp slopes.
-LOCATION
The location of the plot is 500m from the center of Nydri and access is achieved via a ring road. It is worth noting the highly privileged location of the parcel of land as it is located south (at a distance of 350m) from the mouth of the Vlychos marina where an investment project worth 80 million euros has been approved by Interprice Greece (it is the largest natural marina of Lefkada).
- Building Description
The interior space of each building consists of a ground floor of 50 sq.m. And floor 25 sq.m. The ground floor includes a kitchen, living room, 1 bedroom and a bathroom, while the first floor has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom as shown in the architectural plans. The buildings are made of reinforced concrete of high strength, filling (interior spaces) with 10cm thick masonry and external cladding of semi-hewn stone. The energy regulation has been implemented with super-insulations on the walls (14cm of Eps100 expanded polystyrene) and on the ceiling (8cm of the same material). To minimize energy losses and further upgrade the building's energy, opening aluminum frames with thermal break and energy-saving glass will be installed. (Four seasons). Regarding the lighting, zero energy consumption Led lamps will be installed. The reinforced concrete slab on the roof will be covered with Roman-style tiles on which solar water heaters with a capacity of 160L with a selective collector will be placed. Pergolas have been built around the perimeter of each villa made of visible concrete with an area of 53 sq.m each. Each villa has its own private pool measuring 6.5X4 (m).
-SURROUNDINGS
The area around the plot of land will be fenced on all sides with permanent fencing. 6 parking spaces have been provided, which will be accessed directly via the paved road and the uncovered area will be fully planted.
