It is a fully equipped hotel unit on the beach in Lasithi. It consists of two identical two-story buildings of 20 rooms each. On the ground floor of the buildings there are 2 receptions, in one building a fully equipped restaurant for all meals of the guests of both buildings. In the second building there is a customer waiting area and an exhibition-shop of locally produced products and souvenirs. Right next door there is a gym for hotel guests. On the roof of one building there is a small chapel for the religious needs of the guests, In addition there are storage areas for the needs of the hotel. There is a courtyard with a platform that has direct access to the sea for swimming (see photos). The courtyard is green with palm trees, lawns and a swimming pool. In the front courtyard of the main entrance there are 3 parking spaces. Also together with the hotel, a 7-seater Volkswagen Transporter brand mini bus is provided for customer service from Sitia airport and for excursions in the beautiful area of Sitia (eg Vai).
