This project is located in Kera, situated between Almyrida and Kalyves, on a slope overlooking the sea. Every villa consists of three levels; the ground floor, which is considered a basement but is 1.2 m above ground level, lit with windows and court anglais, and is 40 m2. The basement contains one master bedroom with its own bathroom and storage space. Above the basement there is the ground floor (93,60 m2) where the entrance to each villa is located. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room, a kitchen and a dining room, all of which are located in the same space, a master bedroom with a bathroom and a walk-in closet, as well as a small Wc. Lastly, on the second floor (46,80 m2) there is a bedroom with its own private bathroom and a large walk in closet. On the terrace of the second floor there is a sitting area with a jacuzzi. (Total Gross: 170,50 m2). The exterior of the villa was designed to create a striking visual experience whilst simultaneously blending with the natural landscape. The pale plaster of the walls and the wooden frames were chosen to harken back to traditional island architecture and be in harmony with the olive trees found all across the plot. Each building can be accessed through a road linking the plot to the main street, with parking space for up to two cars in front of each villa. On the back of each building a large platform with a swimming pool has been erected, to offer a breathing space and better utilize the natural view of the landscape. The villa has a view of the slope down to the sea from both floors as well as the outdoor area on the back. These designs were conceived in an effort to harmonize themselves with the natural environment and offer guests an experience that is equally authentic to the place but also comfortable and luxurious while embracing the natural beauty of the island and incorporating elements of its architecture and landscape.
