It complies with new European environmental regulations, and it is suitable for passive housing as it has it's own external air supply.The three double bedrooms are all of a good size and they all have versatile inbuilt storage, currently curtained for a softer look. All of the bedrooms and the bathroom come off an internal hallway so they feel well separated from the living area.The well lit bathroom is also a good size, and has been updated with new flooring, toilet, wall hanging wash basin with drawers, and new taps. The bathroom contains a bath, with a shower over. There is a well concealed washing machine in the bathroom, in a unit that provides useful space to conveniently store utility products and towels.
