The Developer The Fortezza Bay View villas are being developed by Urban Soul Project, a famous Thessaloniki-based architecture studio founded in 2009. The studio works on a wide range of designs and has a portfolio of projects that vary in scale, type, location, and budget. Their aim is to blend modern and traditional design with the highest standards in quality construction through new technology, materials, and vintage techniques. Urban Soul Project comprises a team of more than 40 architects and engineers who have a range of international design awards to their name, including the Hotel & Property Award 2018.
