Reference: MEAB-T7964. Located in Ierapetra. This plot is beautifully positioned first line on the sea, on the east side of the Mirabello Bay, North-East Crete. It enjoys unobstructed views of the sea, the Island of Psira and the mountains. It has the planning permission (allowance) for the construction of a house or houses of up to 203 m2 on one or two floors, plus basement, plus attic.
