The property is located in Hermoupolis, the capital of the island of Syros and of the Cyclades, a town where the buildings are characterized by their monumental architecture and excellent construction. 
The location, just in the centre of the city, makes it one of the most emblematic buildings of the city accompanied with the most breathtaking view in the island. The property, 270 sqm in total, consists of two floors and it was built with forged stone in the beginning of the previous century. Moreover, its strict geometry and its eclectic decorate draw every visitors attention. The entrance is at the ground floor. Both the walls and the ceiling of the first floor are decorated with the original paintings as well as new designed to match perfectly. Moving from the first floor to the second through another stairway, there is a space of 40 sqm with a bedroom, small kitchen and bathroom. In the second floor there is also a balcony of 40 sqm offering a perimeter view of the city. Below the entrance stairway there is a hatch, leading to the basement (20sqm) with a cistern.
