INTERIOR:

The main door which opens onto a covered space is found directly on the village road, in front of the village& 39 s church. The covered area has a beautiful renovated stone arch which leads into the courtyard, beamed ceilings, built-in benches and to the right is the main entrance to the fully renovated studio with an open plan kitchen/living area and bathroom. 

The studio is cozy with beamed ceilings, wooden frames and windows, tiled floors, and has a small kitchen with wooden cupboards, built-in oven and a round single sink. Next to the kitchen is a bathroom with a shower with glass bricks and a sink with spacious cupboards under it. 

The ruin part of the property is across the courtyard and is in need of renovation works. The interior of the ruin is a bit magical and one can " read" the history within it, comprising of: an entrance with the oven to the left of it, a beautiful arch giving access to a mezzanine area, and another large arch leading into a separate room. 

Externally, another ruin is attached to the still-standing one, with its arch still rising! The current owner has all the plans for a potential renovation project. 

EXTERIOR:

The courtyard is fully enclosed and has a number of vegetation including two grown vines, a fig tree, a bitter orange tree and a wild plum tree. 

One of the corners of the courtyard has a corner built-in bench, the ideal spot to relax and dine, under the shade of the vine!

The historical village of Ebrosneros is the typical Cretan traditional village, located literally at the foothills of the White Mountains, at an altitude of 260m above sea level and with approximately 320 residents. 
Although a relatively small village, there are several archaeological sites, including an ancient theater and a castle. 

The well known village of Vrysses with its numerous amenities is approximately a 5 minute drive and offers numerous shops, bakery, pharmacy, cheese factory, restaurants, cafes, super market, police station & fire station, regular bus routes and many more!
