All villas have their own private swimming pool, while some also feature an open-air Jacuzzi. They also have their designated private parking area, while Villa 7 features a garage for two vehicles.

The price includes the plot and the completed villa with a swimming pool, excluding furniture. Furniture packages are also available upon request and at an extra cost. Additional expenses for purchasing a Sunny Days villa are approximately 7% of the purchase sum, including all taxes, notary and registry fees, and our service fees.
