In front of both is a large balcony with nice views of the village and the surrounding mountains.<br /><br />The smaller building consists on the ground floor of a one bedroom apartment, complete with a living room with kitchenette, a single bedroom and a toilet.<br />On the 1st floor there is a large room which is currently being used as an office by the owner but could also easily be used as an extra bedroom.<br />Between the two buildings there are two storage rooms.<br /><br />The house is sold furnished.<br /><br />Agios Nikolaos is the capital of the county Lasithi and is located at the Mirabello Bay, north-east Crete, only 40 mins away from the international airport of Heraklion.<br />Although Agios Nikolaos has a population of less than 20,000 it has several banks, supermarkets, shops of every kind, doctors, a modern hospital of high standard, public swimming pool and tennis courts, yacht marina, harbour, cinema, theatre, gyms, a 9-hole golf course, schools ranging from nurseries to 6-level high school and generally all the amenities you would expect to find in a modern European town.<br /><br />The house is just over ten minutes drive to the town of Agios Nikolaos, Crete and numerous sandy beaches.<br />The international airport of Heraklion, Crete which has regular flights to most major European airports through the year is only a 40 minute drive from Latsida.
