Located in Agios Nikolaos.<br /> <br /><br />A very nicely renovated house within a short walk to the center of the village of Kritsa.<br />The house has road access and there are a couple of parking spaces close to it.<br /><br />A large wooden gate allows access into the property. A stone paved yard of 45m2 gives access to the house.<br /><br />Entering the house there is the kitchen, then the dining area is to the right and the living room is to the left of the kitchen.  The dining room gives access to a shower room so it would be possible to use the dining room as a 4th bedroom.<br />All the bedrooms are equipped with AC units.<br /><br />A corridor with cupboards leads to the bedrooms.<br /><br />The first bedroom we meet is the master bedroom which has its own en-suite bathroom.<br />Further down the corridor are two more bedrooms which have access to the third bathroom.<br /><br />Outside in the courtyard there is also a good sized storage area that could be changed into an extra bedroom or an office as well as a staircase which leads up to the large roof terrace which offers nice views of the village and surrounding mountains.<br /><br /> <br /><br />Kritsa is one of the oldest, largest and most picturesque villages in Crete. It’s built on a hill and surrounded by olive trees and beautiful countryside.<br /><br />The village of Kritsa is part of the municipality of Aghios Nikolaos and has about 2300 inhabitants including a few residents from Britain and other European countries.<br /><br />Kritsa is a bustling village with a great sense of tradition and a warm welcome for all visitors and foreign residents.<br /><br />Most amenities are on hand in the village including supermarkets, post office, newsagents ect.<br /><br />The town of Agios Nikolaos is 7 km from Kritsa.<br /><br />The international airport of Heraklion is an hours drive away.<br /><br />
