Latsida is a small traditional village just 2kms from the town of Neapolis and is located in the midst of some beautiful countryside. There are a few kafeneons and tavernas in the village, whilst the town of Neapolis provides banks, local shops, super markets, a weekly market, restaurants, kafeneions and bars, as well as a regular bus service. The closest beaches at the resort town of Agios Nikolaos are within a 10 minute drive. The international airport at Heraklion is within a 40 minute drive.
