Especially useful for long terms guests, there is a washing machine and drying rack for you to use and (since a lot of people ask) you are welcome to use the vacuum cleaner if you want to. There is a well-lit stairway up to the apartment and being a quiet residential block you are guaranteed a com-fortable stay.
