The visit begins with the entrance hall. 
The high ceilings provide a feeling of volume and space from the first step. 
The invitation to discover the large living room with the triple exposure is not long in coming, and it is by a very pretty wooden ceiling that our eyes are immediately drawn. 
The beautiful fireplace housing a wood stove also looks great. Defined in two parts, the layout of the premises gives free rein to the imagination... 
On the other hand, the visit continues with a beautiful room and its stone wall, which can accommodate a spacious dining room or even a large library and a private lounge to recharge your batteries. 
Once you have crossed the hall, you can continue your discovery of the place in the large equipped kitchen open to the outside. The generosity of the spaces, its brightness and its layout immediately give gourmets beautiful, tempting perspectives. 
The master suite benefiting from double exposure, as well as its private bathroom and Wc are also accessible on this same level. Please note that the main rooms on this floor all benefit from reversible air conditioning, comfort is naturally there. 
Once the visit to the first level is complete, you have two options. Climb the wooden staircase which leads to two very spacious attic bedrooms, a shared bathroom and access to the attic or go down a few steps to access, through a magnificent old wooden door and its spectacular stone staircase, to a beautiful living room, also clad in stone. 
It benefits from a pellet stove, an equipped kitchen area, a large bedroom and a nicely appointed bathroom. 
This space makes it easy to envisage exploitation as a top quality gîte. Near the small Manor, in a bucolic setting and out of sight, you can discover the barn restored into 3 gîtes, in the purest local style. With for everyone, a large living room and its fully equipped open kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom/WC and air conditioning. 
A dovecote converted into a charming little cocooning and unusual gîte where lovers will feel like they are in a cozy nest, completes the activity. All offer a private terrace with barbecue, which will allow guests to enjoy tasting local dishes, as well as moments of sharing around the table or, if the desire arises, lying on the deck chairs provided for this purpose. It is also good to note the presence of parking spaces, which are also allocated. 
To conclude the visit, it is immersed in beautiful greenery and in complete discretion, that the magnificent relaxation area with its salt swimming pool of beautiful proportions (10X5), allows you to imagine beautiful refreshing swims or even moments of relaxation lying on the sun loungers. 
A pétanque court and a high-quality ping-pong table will also contribute to the conviviality between young and old.
