At the gates of Carcassonne, this vineyard totals 42 ha 78.33 including 39 ha of vines in Aop Cabardès and includes an old cellar.
The vineyard represents 39.13 ha and consists of 2 large islands on qualitative terroirs. 
It is fully trellised, in good cultural condition and includes young plantations (12.8 ha planted in 2021). 

It is an exceptional structure at the gates of Carcassonne. 
Part of the vines, i.e. 15 ha 62, are declared in Aop Cabardès and the balance in Igp.
The vines are grown conventionally.

The property includes an old cellar of 300 m² for a capacity of 4,000 hl.
