Domaine "Le Bois Senis" is located in the Poitou-Charentes (DeuxSèvres) in the village of Les Forges and consists of 98 villas. The centre of the village is within walking distance (500 metres) where an "English pub" and a local shop (with daily fresh bread, vegetables etc) are located. The larger village of Vasles, where all other amenities are available, is 4 kilometres away.

In the centre of the park is a swimming pool with a children's pool, intended for the residents of the park. The swimming pool is open from 1 May to 30 September. The park is located near a 27-hole golf course and is very well maintained, quiet, child-friendly and car-free. There is a bowling alley and a ping-pong table. In season there is a bread service. Dogs are allowed in the park.
