This charming stone bourgeois house, dating from the 1850s, to which is added 2 gîtes for a total living area of 255m² set on a plot of 2560m², is located about 3 minutes walk from the thermal baths.

Upstairs, there is a first bedroom of more than 17m² with its veranda and terrace of a total of more than 25m². The other 2 bedrooms each offer a space of more than 19m². Each of the three has its own shower room and toilet.


The house is built on 3 cellars (15, 22 and 26m²) one of which is tiled on the floor with water inlets and drains.
 The second building includes 2 independent gîtes. The first is on the ground floor, it is a studio of more than 20m² with its private covered terrace of 20m². The second gîte is located upstairs, this T2 offers a space of more than 50m² with a beautiful living room and its open and equipped kitchen as well as a bedroom of 14m². Here too, you can enjoy an outdoor area with the terrace and garden in direct access.
 The whole property has a private parking of 100m² and a garage of 23m².
Everything has been completely renovated to the taste of the day in (electricity, plumbing, insulation from the outside, reversible air conditioning, photovoltaic panels and parking)
