WINE-GROWING ESTATE ON 42 HA IN AOP COTES DU RHONE<br /><br />Situated on a hillside in the Cotes du Rhone appellation in the Gard region, this estate offers a number of assets, including a well-established range of wines and a long-standing, profitable business.<br /><br />The main house stands at the entrance to a large enclosed courtyard and provides around 260 m2 of living space. The housing also includes a spacious flat and a staff apartment.<br /><br />The winery has a total capacity of around 4,000 hl, mainly in concrete vats with a few temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. The vines are well tended, using a very Rhone-based selection of Grenache and Syrah grapes.
