As featured in the Channel 4 Production "A Place in the Sun" with Laura  Hamilton, an artwork Villa dAzur is situated in France, in the most ecological area of Europe (Nouvelle Aquitaine) which is the land preferred and chosen by the several French Presidents, designated for its outstanding natural beauty and historic heritage, together with the environmental and social safety, and local residents who live over 100 years!  

This is a remarkable and unique villa displays incredibly hundreds of square metres of artwork. The villa has a total floor space of 450m2 (336m2 main residence + service floor area) and it's entire outer surface, the swimming pool, surrounding terraces, floor areas and stairways are real works of art in a fine glass mosaic, as well as internally many doors and wall surfaces display true works of art by the distinguished artist and founder of the Neo-illuminist Art.  The works at the villa had been inspired by the music of Claude Debussy "Images" and the Solomon's Temple, featuring the checkered board pattern artwork at the entrance and the swimming pool area.

Less than an hour from the historic town of Limoges (famous for its porcelain dating back to the 18th Century), in the heart of a National Park renowned for its outstanding natural beauty.  The Villa was originally designed as an avant-guard architectural piece, for the industrial heir of the Limoges Porcelain Factory (whose works were also commissioned by Disney) by a famous Limogeaud architect.  This property possesses an extremely privileged habitat, a Mediterranean micro-climate, peace, complete privacy and tranquillity, an enviable panoramic view, and just five minutes away from the nearest small town with all services. There are two large tourist lakes in the vicinity, golf and equine activities, and also kayak-canoe activity.  The property is completely fenced around and boasts its own botanical garden, established over the last 40 years.  310 mature trees form a natural border 6 metres or more in height, providing total privacy.  The mosaic has a marvellous tendency of not requiring cleaning, as it is self-cleaned by rain and air. There is also a racecourse at the Pompadour Chateau at just 1 hour drive from the villa. Since 1837 the Pompadour Horse-racing Association has organized annual horse racing events during the summer, on the flat and over jumps. The racecourse (hippodrome) at Pompadour, rated as 1st Class for jumps and 2nd class A on the flat is considered to be one of the most beautiful in France. The races at Pompadour are of real quality. In fact, many horses pass through this Correzian town on their way to other events in Paris or Pau. The whole racecourse site extends over some 30 hectares, with about 2 hectares of track and can accommodate up to 1500 spectators in the stand with 1050 sitting down. Parking is available at the entrance to the course, or in the parking area for the Château. There is a panoramic restaurant and snack bars for spectators on the top floor, with betting outlets for the Pari Mutuel Hippodrome.
