High above a small village South of Cluny, and close to a pass where the road dips down towards the Beaujolais and Lyon, this property has an entrance gate shaded by tall trees which leads gently down to the main house and its smaller outbuilding. The main living area is at ground level, with a central living-room which also serves as kitchen. A door next to the fireplace leads to a bedroom on the same level, while at one side, down six steps, is a second bedroom, and on the other side five steps lead up to a large salon with a balcony.
