In the south of Burgundy, near Tournus, an old isolated estate to renovate on nearly 30ha. You have to move away from the main roads for a short time by country lanes to see the estate nestled in the middle of its land in the distance. Isolated from any neighbours, the environment is preserved. An imposing wrought iron gate supported by ornate stone pillars leads to a 300-metre long private driveway, lined with hundred-year-old lime trees. A communal road also provides access to the buildings of the estate. The latter are grouped around a common courtyard and were used for the social and economic life of the estate: mansion, independent accommodation, winery, barn, sheds and annexes. Harmoniously surrounding the buildings, the estate's land footprint is divided between woods, vineyards, meadows and parklands.
