Wine-Making cellar with barrel cellar (total surface area 500 m2). On the ground floor there is a 250 m2 (2,691 sq ft) (22.5 x 11.5) wine-making cellar with smooth concrete floor and high ceilings (fully insulated). A laboratory/study with sink.
