At the top of the hill, a narrow winding path takes you back to the peasants' days. The road is steep, but the view is magnificent. You can look out over the treetops and the other buildings of the hamlet, and discover the Limousin countryside. The former agricultural complex consists of a barn, an old house, an old pigsty and a bread oven. Everything is as it used to be, with its charm and simplicity, but with a breathtaking view. The house The house consists on the ground floor of a simple kitchen and a small living room. The land is against the back of the house, which is why the cellar/laundry room has been set up here. Built-in wooden cabinets, fireplaces and wooden beams set the mood. Removing the interior walls could transform this space into a more contemporary room. The old central heating system is on the kitchen wall. Replacing it with a more modern system is a no-brainer.  Upstairs are four bedrooms, a separate toilet and a small bathroom. The blue-tiled bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, bidet and sink. The original wooden floors are nicely waxed, but hidden by carpets. The attic is high enough and large enough to expand the living space. It is currently used as storage space. In the habitable house, you can start upgrading and upgrading at your own pace. Outbuildings and springThe barn consists of two levels. The ground floor has a concrete floor and is high enough. The cows stood here, the chains still hang... The first floor of the barn is accessible by vehicle through large gates. The surface area of more than 200 m² is ideal as storage or work space. In the garden, a bread oven is set up as a room for ámis. The old pigsty with its three doors would also lend itself to this. The land is sloping, but easy to maintain (grass). In front of the house is a terrace with a beautiful view. The spring in front of the stable was once used to water the animals. Today, this intimate plateau could also serve as an attractive terrace.  The house is located in a secluded hamlet. To make purchases, you have to go to the villages of Châteauneuf la Forêt or Eymoutiers. Both villages have all amenities such as restaurants, supermarket, garage, school, etc.
