Some miles Nw of Cluny and fairly close to a large village with shops, this old stone-built house has cellars at ground level and the living area is above, approached by outdoor stone steps and a glazed-in external gallery. Large and light sitting-room overlooking the garden, kitchen/living-room with wood-burning stove and tiled floor, a bedroom, bathroom and Wc. Beyond the kitchen are two more bedrooms, created fairly recently from the former stable. By way of outbuildings, an adjoining barn and stable plus a separate open building and old bread-oven. The renovation has been sober, in accordance with the unpretentious style of the house, but the whole place has charm and the views and the quiet position in a small hamlet are definite assets.
