Henry Iv period timber-framed house in the heart of the seafarers' quarter, 150 meters from the Saint-Valery-en-Caux marina, which can accommodate boats all year round.
This is one of the few medieval houses not to have been destroyed.
Beneath the corbelling on the second floor, carved into the oak of the posts, escutcheons are still visible. One appears to represent three fleurs-de-lis. This is undoubtedly the oldest timber-framed house in Saint-Valery-en-Caux.
With a living area of 132 m², the first floor comprises an entrance hall, kitchen and large living room with fireplace, and the upper floors feature three bedrooms, a bathroom and a shower room.
