This house already appears on the land registry map of 1814 in the form of three labourer houses. Two of them are still there, one is now a garage, the other was converted into a pleasant home in 1968.

The house was enlarged to what it is today. The official entrance is the spacious hall where the old âen-pierreâ wall is still visible. Adjacent to the hall youâll find the toilet, the bathroom with bath, the pleasant kitchen with door to the garden and the living room.

The latter was originally the 5x5 m home of that labourer from 1814. Here you will still find tomettes on the floor and a large fireplace the ceiling has been renovated and double glazing has been installed. 

Adjacent to the living room is the tv-room/library, again with doors to the garden. If you want to sleep downstairs, this would be a perfect place where you can enjoy the morning sun outside with a cup of tea in the morning, just out of bed.

The stairs to the first floor lead to the large landing above the living room, which also covers more than 25m² and gives access to 2 bedrooms. 

If necessary, a bedroom could be created on the landing, otherwise it would be a nice playground.

The house has gas central heating.

The garage, which was also used as a home and again measures that characteristic 5x5 meters. This has not been restored, so the original beams are still visible.

The house is located on a quiet road in a hamlet close to Saint Saulge, where you will find the nearest supermarket. You can possibly go there on foot.

The area is suitable for walking and cycling there are already around 600km of routes waiting for you.
