2 hours from Paris, in the Pays de Bray and on the edge of the Eawy national forest, an equestrian farm and its neat facilities on nearly 9 hectares. At the exit of Saint-Saëns, the road that leads to the farm crosses the forest. A simple gate framed by hornbeam hedges opens onto an alley lined with lime trees, which leads to the main residence. Well exposed to the sun, the house is bordered by a large terrace. A small brick building, with an adjoining chartrie, used as offices, is located nearby. The farm buildings are located on the side and at the back. While the house is built of brick and topped with a roof of flat hipped tiles, the barns are one clad in wood, under a diamond-slate roof, the other in brick and flint quarry blocks, covered with interlocking tiles, old stables, also in brick and flint, as well as a shed with a metal structure completing the outbuildings for equestrian use.
Finally, spread over the entire estate, large grassy areas, which surround the buildings, are intersected by gravel paths and dotted with rose bushes and shrub beds.
