Located overlooking a small village in the Millevaches Regional Park, close to the historic town of Eymoutiers, this single-storey pavilion of 108m² of living space was built in the mid-1980s and has recently been modernised! The house is connected to the municipality's sewerage system for all its wastewater, which avoids the costly upgrading of a septic tank. Garden and outbuildingsThe location of this property is undoubtedly its strong point. With wonderful views the house is accessed via double electrified gates and a private driveway. The property is fully fenced. Several vehicles can be parked next to the house in a gravelled parking lot. The garden, which slopes slightly, is largely laid to lawn and has a wooded area at the top of the grounds. There is room to create a vegetable garden. A grassy driveway passes in front of the terrace and arrives at a parking lot in front of a wooden garage with a metal roof of 40m². Attached to it, a tool shed.
