Very Confidential Small Wine Property in the confidential terroir of Saint Jean De Minervois


Vines
A plot of approximately 12 hectares, including 10 hectares of particularly aromatic Muscat Petit Grain vines, situated at the gateway to the Haut Languedoc Regional Nature Park.
 

The vineyard is located at an altitude of 250 m. The world-famous Muscat Petit Grain expresses its aromas on a magnificent arid and windy terroir where the sun reigns. 


Buildings
There is a shed in the village itself, which could be used to create a cellar and benefit from the appellation.


There is also the possibility of building a cellar with a house on a plot of land close to the village and close to the mains.


Today, the grapes go to the cooperative cellar.


EQUIPMENT
The cultivation equipment is complete: 2 tractors, sprayer, skips, etc. (List on request).
