It is in the heart of Charente Maritime in the center of Saint Jean d'Angély that this former winery from the 1880s is located, a remarkable and recognized house because it was once the property of a large family of Cognac merchants.
 The entrance is through the old porch where we still find traces of the past of this large house with the typically Charentais ocher coating preserved on some walls. Completely revisited and renovated by its owners, this house of 350m² of living space harmoniously combines the charm of the old and the elegance of the contemporary.
