Located 10 minutes from Saint Emilion and 50 minutes from Bordeaux, this former abbey dating back to the twelfth century is located on a beautiful property of 11 hectares composed of vast meadows and groves on the edge of a small village. With a surface area of 45 m2, the caretaker's house includes a living room-kitchen on the ground floor and a bedroom with shower room upstairs. And the outbuildings are composed of a barn and a carport for two cars.
